REFUND POLICY — STUDY SYRIA

This policy applies to paid Study Syria Pro subscriptions. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of starting your subscription for a refund.

By subscribing and immediately using the Pro features, you acknowledge that the service begins during the cooling-off period. Where you have used the service during that period, we may make a proportionate deduction for what you have used, in line with consumer law.

3. After the Cooling-Off Period

After 14 days, payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except:

• Where required by law,
• Where the service was materially unavailable due to our fault, or
• At our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.

Annual subscriptions are not automatically refunded on a pro-rata basis after the cooling-off period, but you keep access until the end of the paid year.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email ahmedljasem@gmail.com with the email address on your account and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 7 days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

5. Free Tier

The free tier — including the course hub, pathways, explainer, and the scholarship finder — is free to use, so no payment or refund applies to it. The scholarships and grants themselves are always free to apply for.
